Conkreta Robotics: Destinazione Futuro

During “Destinazione Futuro,” hosted by Nancy Squitieri, Alberto Calzoni talked about the company he founded in 2020 together with two partners, with one clear goal: to measure and monitor employee wellbeing inside organizations.

The project was born during the pandemic, when it became obvious that you can’t talk about performance without talking about people’s health, work climate, and quality of life. Calzoni left a large, stable corporate role to build something focused exactly on that. Today the team counts more than ten people across product, technology, marketing, and business development.

Their innovation is practical: a technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze wellbeing data from employees in real time, turn it into actionable insights for HR and management, and track the impact of internal initiatives. The message is simple: wellbeing is no longer a “nice to have,” it’s a competitive advantage.
